At the WAC, we are dedicated to making a difference in peopleís lives. Whether you are new to fitness or a seasoned athlete, Fit Sessions are a great way to get started and help you Find Your Fit.
As a new WAC Member, you receive 2 complimentary Fit Sessions with a Fitness Team Member to help you get acquainted with your new club and help you move towards your fitness goals. (Please Note: These sessions expire 90 after joining.)
These 2 sessions will be tailored specifically for you by one of our amazing Fitness Team Members, each of whom specializes in different areas of health and fitness.
Fit Sessions can be used:
- To use new equipment and learn exercises youíve never tried
- To help you establish goals and set priorities
- To help you recover from a nagging injury or pain
- To make other fitness recommendations
As an added incentive, after each completed session, youíll receive $50 in Fitness Rewards. Thatís $100 to use here in the Club!
