Specialty Massage

Specialty Massages require additional training and equipment. Available for 60-Minute or 90-Minute sessions.

Hot Stone
This application of gently heated stones as part of a deeply relaxing and penetrating massage unlocks the body’s natural healing energies.

Calm your body and your mind before your baby arrives with a prenatal massage. Massage during pregnancy is a healthy way to reduce stress and promote overall wellness. Massage relieves many of the normal discomforts experienced during pregnancy, such as backaches, stiff neck, leg cramps, headaches and swelling.

Cupping or Myofascial decompression can loosen muscles and promote blood flow through tight tissue and muscles. It can also assist in treating pain and muscle spasms with the use of fixed or moving cups. After a session, one may experience “cup kisses” or a temporary bruised appearance on areas worked.

Oncology Massage
Our specially-trained therapists provide a relaxing experience to help you reduce anxiety and take a moment for you. Sessions are specifically adapted to each individual’s needs and are appropriate for those with a current cancer diagnosis or a cancer history. Please follow up with your medical provider prior to receiving massage.
