Faith, family, and friends is what drives me to live a life of purpose, adventure, and vitality. We enjoy camping, beach days, hiking, playing & watching sports, chill movie nights, and exploring new restaurants & coffee shops. If I am not spending time with my wife and three kids, you will likely find me training at the gym, out running or biking, or finding new things to experience.

PHILOSOPHY:
One of the most life giving things we can do for ourselves is to do some type of movement every day. It is one of the best ways to take care of yourself, not just physically, but also mentally and spiritually. 
                                         
I believe some of the most important components to a well-rounded fitness routine includes getting outside everyday. Fresh air and exposure to sunlight can do the mind & body wonders. Incorporate strength training, which is critical to our long-term health and quality of life. Prioritize nutrition because what you consume has the ability to fuel and heal your body.
