Interest/Hobbies

I like to be as active as my body allows me to be, spending summers on the boat with my family who I grew up water skiing with, finding new walking trails, trips to Eagle River, exploring new homemade recipes, reading (some self-help, but mostly thrillers), and spending free time with my close friends.

Philosophy

I believe in creating consistent, healthy habits that fuel your mind and body, so you can show up everyday as the best version of yourself. Consistency is everything. You don’t have to enjoy it all that time or hit a PR every lift, it’s about how many times you show up for yourself. No one is motivated everyday, but there is so much power in showing up, even when you don’t feel like it. So find what makes you feel good and what brings you joy, and then repeat it over and over again. I promise you’ll feel the difference.

You don’t always have to be the best or most talented person, just always be the one working the hardest because that’s what you can control.
