Training Types:

Personal Training

Work 1-on-1 with a certified trainer who builds a plan around your goals, schedule, and abilities. Every session is fully customized with real-time coaching and form correction.

Best for: Fast results

Semi-Private Training

Train in a small group (2–4 people) with hands-on coaching. You’ll get the benefits of personal training with added energy and accountability from others.

Best for: Accountability and support

Trainer works with a team of clients using TRX resistance straps

Team Training

Train in a motivating group environment (5–6 people) led by a certified trainer. You’ll build strength and confidence through coached workouts while feeding off the energy, encouragement, and accountability of a team.

Monthly Training Plans

Consistency is key. Regular sessions with your trainer will keep you accountable and yield better results. With a Monthly Training Plan, you’ll get into a steady fitness routine and build healthy habits to help you achieve your goals.

All Monthly Training Plans include InBody Composition Scanning. Additionally, clients gain access to the exclusive WAC Training App, enhancing the training experience by:

  • Tracking Workouts and Progress:
    The app keeps a record of your workouts and progress towards your goals.
  • Two-Way Messaging:
    Communicate easily with your WAC Trainer through the app.
  • Weekly Fitness Homework and Habits:
    Receive assignments to focus on outside of your sessions.

Get expert-guided workouts with detailed video instructions on the WAC Training App. Each 4-week program includes three weekly sessions, designed to fit within 45-60 minutes. WAC Members get their first 4-week session free.

Experience ultimate flexibility in training. Powered by the WAC Training App, you’ll get personalized workouts, progress tracking, and one-on-one support from a WAC Personal Trainer.

Virtual Live Training
