Career/Athletic Achievements
I’ve been dedicated to fitness for 10 years, with an emphasis on strength training, building consistency and progress entirely through self-accountability. Before pursuing my NASM certification, I invested countless hours into researching training methods, studying fitness resources, and applying them in real life — refining my technique and learning through experience. My greatest achievements are the discipline to train week after week, the intrinsic motivation that brings me joy and pride in the process, and the commitment to push beyond my comfort zone. That same drive and passion are what I bring to my clients today.

Philosophy
My approach to fitness is simple: every workout should be enjoyable, safe, and effective. I believe in having fun while training, prioritizing proper technique to prevent injury, and always striving to work both smarter and harder. At the same time, I recognize that pushing to failure — safely and with good form — is critical for growth, because it’s in those final, challenging reps that real progress is made.
