Career/Athletic Achievements
I started my marketing career as an intern at Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida. During my internship, I completed my first half marathon – the Disney Princess Half Marathon. Crossing that finish line with my dad and 3 uncles cheering me on remains one of my favorite memories and showed me firsthand that our bodies are capable of so much more than we often believe.

Interest/Hobbies
Outside of the gym, I love reading, cooking seasonal meals, and finding hidden gems while thrifting. I’m a huge music and dog person, and my golden retriever, Leia (named after Princess Leia, of course), is my constant sidekick. We spend our summers taking long walks, swimming, and enjoying lake days on the boat with my husband. I truly believe some of life’s best moments are the simple ones spent outdoors with the people—and pups—you love.
Philosophy
I believe our bodies are capable of far more than we often give them credit for. Fitness isn’t about punishment or chasing perfection—it’s about building strength, confidence, and trust in yourself. I want to help women discover that they can do hard things and find joy in the process.
To me, health and fitness should fit into your life, not consume your entire life. The most meaningful progress comes from consistency, self-compassion, and creating sustainable habits that allow you to feel strong both physically and mentally.
