Interest/Hobbies

You’ll usually find me outdoors taking the dogs on long walks, keeping up with my two busy teenagers, traveling with my partner, or catching up with friends over an amazing cup of coffee. I also love live music, true crime podcasts and nerding out over the latest research in the women’s health space.

Philosophy

Fitness should be fun, challenging, and something you look forward to! I believe in training with purpose, using smart programming, solid technique, and plenty of encouragement. My goal is to help clients get stronger, push past self-doubt, and discover just how capable they really are—all while enjoying the process along the way.
