Education
Bachelor’s degree in psychology, University of Wisconsin–Whitewater
Career/Athletic Achievements
I competed in NCAA Division III track and field at UW–Whitewater, specializing in the sprints. At the 2023 Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC) Championships, I placed third in the 100 meters and was part of a third-place 4×100-meter relay team. I’ve also coached athletes in speed development and helped clients build strength, speed, and athleticism.
Certifications
NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT); CPR certified
Specialties
Strength training, sprint and speed development, athletic performance, beginner fitness, and helping people build a consistent training routine.
Interest/Hobbies
Outside of work, I enjoy lifting, watching sports, and learning more about psychology and exercise science. My background as an athlete still shapes how I train, but I also appreciate the value of slowing down and finding balance outside the gym.
Philosophy
Fitness should help you feel more capable in everyday life. You don’t need to have everything figured out before you start; consistent effort, a plan that fits your life, and a willingness to learn can take you a long way.
