Specialties
I advocate for a balanced and sustainable approach to wellness that recognizes the importance of rest, recovery, self-compassion, and physical activity. Through my personal experience living with a chronic condition, I have developed a strong understanding of the mental and emotional challenges that can accompany maintaining an active lifestyle. I recognize the importance of adapting exercise, movement, and wellness routines to accommodate fluctuating energy levels, symptoms, and individual limitations, while still encouraging progress and celebrating what each person’s body is capable of achieving.
Interest/Hobbies
Outside of work, I’m a proud mom to two energetic and adventurous boys who keep life fun and exciting! I love creating memories with my family, especially on Disney Cruises. In my downtime, you’ll find me getting lost in a good thriller novel, spending time outdoors, and enjoying new adventures with the people I love most.
Philosophy
Your fitness journey doesn’t have to look like anyone else’s to be meaningful. As someone living with chronic illness, I’ve learned that strength isn’t measured by how much I can accomplish on my hardest days, but by the courage it takes to keep moving forward when my body asks me to slow down.
Some days I push. Some days I rest. Both are acts of strength.
Fitness and wellness aren’t about perfection—they’re about listening to your body, honoring where you are today, and continuing to move forward in a way that is sustainable for you. Progress may look different from one day to the next, and that’s okay. What matters is that you give yourself grace, celebrate the small victories, and remember that showing up for yourself is always worth it.
