I have personally experienced a fractured spine and chronic pain conditions which landed me at Mayo Clinic’s Pain Rehabilitation Center where I spent 30 solid days focused on learning scientifically/medically backed practices to incorporate into life to allow the body to do its thing as well as “retrain” the brain which lead me back to a fulfilling life and brought me to my passion-Massage Therapy

I am incredibly passionate about education on how our actions and thoughts directly effect our bodies and how they move, which is why I specialize in energy modalities. Recognizing that change is easier said than done and that sometimes we need therapeutic touch and physical support so we can be our best selves is deeply important to me.
Interest/Hobbies
I adore getting into nature and recognizing the beauty we are gifted with as often as possible! I especially love taking my pup, Chunk, out on adventures.
I love to move my body in ways that make it feel alive. You can often catch me dancing it out to my own beat- no music necessary! Refurbishing old gems into new treasures is my jam.
