Interest/Hobbies
I have always had an interest in health and fitness since I was a young child. I remember looking at the food pyramid with my mother and planning meals that would fulfill my fruits, vegetables, and protein requirements. I am passionate helping others become their healthiest selves no matter what stage in life they are at! I look forward to helping some of you achieve your health and fitness goals!
Philosophy
Outside of work, my husband and I like to visit state parks and explore the beautiful state of Wisconsin! I also have a passion for music as I play both flute and piano since I was 7 years old.
