Freeze Information

PIVOTS may freeze a maximum of one month.

Notes

Freeze requests must be made by the 20th of the month prior to billing. There is no charge for a Monthly Training Plan freeze. Maximum of 3 months freeze is allowed. Please get prior approval with your Fitness Manager if submitting after the 20th.
