What’s Included

Your journey to a healthier you begins with 8 weeks of expertly designed sessions. These sessions are aimed at building strength, increasing stamina, and boosting your overall well-being. Over the course of the program, you’ll experience a variety of training techniques to keep things fresh, challenging, and fun.

1 Small Group Session: Enjoy more personalized attention in a small group setting with hands-on training. This is where you’ll get customized guidance, form corrections, and specific tips tailored to your goals.

1 Large Group Session: Feed off the energy of your fellow participants in a large group workout. These high-energy sessions are designed to keep you motivated while pushing your limits. The community vibe will help you stay focused and have fun while working hard!

Take control of your nutrition with the WAC Training App, which offers built-in food tracking. Easily log your meals, track your macronutrients, and monitor your progress all in one place. The app ensures you stay on track and helps you build better eating habits to complement your fitness routine.

Track your progress with InBody Composition Assessments at both the start and end of the program. These non-invasive scans go beyond the scale, measuring muscle mass, body fat percentage, and other vital metrics to give you a full picture of your progress.

Stay motivated with a new challenge every week! These fun and engaging challenges are designed to help you stick to your goals, whether it’s hitting a workout target, trying new healthy recipes, or improving your sleep habits. Completing challenges not only helps you stay on track but also gives your team a chance to win awesome prizes!

The Lose It program is your chance to kickstart a healthier lifestyle with 8 weeks of expert-led workouts, nutrition tracking, and fun challenges—all designed to help you reach your goals. Whether you’re looking to lose weight, build muscle, or develop lasting healthy habits, this program has it all. Explore on for even more details about what’s included and how to participate!

InBody Composition Scanning

The InBody Composition Scan is a vital tool in tracking your progress throughout the Lose It program. This advanced scan measures key metrics like muscle mass, body fat percentage, and more, giving you a comprehensive view of how your body is changing. To make the process seamless, be sure to download the InBody app before your first scan, so you can easily track and review your results anytime.

Your initial InBody Scan must be completed between January 20 – 26, and your final InBody Scan between March 10 – 16. Plus, you’ll earn points toward prizes based on your scan results, giving you extra motivation to hit your goals and maximize your progress!

Large Group Workouts

The large group workouts in the Lose It program are designed to create a strong sense of community while challenging you physically and mentally. You’ll participate in 1 large group workout each week, starting with an energizing session in Week 1, where you’ll not only get moving but also set your intentions and cultivate the right mindset for the next 8 weeks.

From Weeks 2 to 8, the schedule will vary, featuring a range of workout formats such as Boot Camp, HIIT Yoga, and more, ensuring you stay engaged and excited about your fitness journey. Each weekly session also includes 5-10 minutes of stretching, visualization, or breathing exercises, helping you center your thoughts and enhance your mental clarity.

Together, you’ll not only work toward your fitness goals but also build lasting connections with fellow participants!

Group Fitness Workout

Small Group Training

The Lose It program provides an excellent opportunity for personalized training in a small group setting. You’ll enjoy 1 small group workout each week with the trainer of your choice, allowing you to tailor your experience to your preferences and goals. Each session will take place on the same day and time each week, ensuring consistency in your training routine.

Working in groups of 3-6 participants, you’ll receive focused attention and customized guidance, allowing you to improve your form, technique, and overall performance. These small group settings foster camaraderie and support among participants, creating a motivating environment as you work together to achieve your fitness objectives!

Team Challenges

The weekly challenges in the Lose It program are designed to keep you engaged and motivated throughout your journey. Each week, you’ll tackle 1 movement challenge alongside a behavior focus, encouraging you to not only get active but also develop positive habits. This dual approach helps reinforce the connection between physical activity and healthy lifestyle choices.

Each club will feature a leaderboard for teams to keep track of their weekly progress, fostering a spirit of friendly competition as you strive to complete challenges and earn points. These challenges not only promote accountability but also create a supportive community atmosphere where you can cheer each other on and celebrate your achievements together!

Earning Points

Earning points throughout the Lose It program is a fun and motivating way to support your journey to better health! The point system is designed to encourage healthy weight loss and foster sustainable habits. You can accumulate points through various activities, including your InBody metrics, which reward you for improvements in body composition. Additionally, you’ll earn points for food tracking using the WAC Training App, helping you stay accountable for your nutrition choices. Completing weekly challenges also adds to your point total, making it a great way to push yourself while having fun with your teammates. The more points you earn, the greater your chances of winning exciting prizes at the end of the program!

SCORING

InBody Point Metrics:
Earn points based on the difference between your start and end scans.
Skeletal Muscle Mass: (+) 0.5 lb = 1 point
Percent Body Fat: (-) 0.5 % = 0.5 point
Visceral Fat: (-) 1 Level = 3 points

Food Tracking via WAC Training App:
Earn 1 point for every week by tracking your food 5 out of 7 days.

Complete Weekly Challenges
You will receive a program challenge card during week 1. Earn 1 point every week for completing weekly challenges.

Prizes

Each week, teams will compete for weekly prizes based on the highest completion percentage of the weekly challenges. In the event of a tie among multiple teams, the top teams will be entered into a raffle for that week’s prize. Each team member will receive $10 in Fit Rewards for every challenge completed, making it easy to earn rewards while pushing towards your goals.

Additionally, there will be a Grand Prize awarded at each location to the participant with the highest total points throughout the program. The lucky winner will receive 2 months of Personal Training and Massage, providing an incredible opportunity to further enhance their fitness journey. With these incentives, you’ll have even more reasons to stay engaged and strive for success!

The Lose It program offers incredible value, with 2 workouts per week for a total of 16 workouts over 8 weeks. When you break it down, that’s less than $22 per workout! In addition to the workouts, you’ll get access to InBody assessments, weekly challenges, prizes, and expert coaching—all designed to help you reach your goals.
