Masters Degree in Food and Nutritional Sciences from the University of Wisconsin-Stout

CAREER/ATHLETIC ACHIEVEMENTS:
If I am not working as a dietitian at the WAC, you can find me working as a dietitian at the Children's Hospital in Wauwatosa, where I work in outpatient GI, Diabetes, and Oncology. I also am a member of the Wisconsin Air National Guard, where I have worked as a Medic since 2016.

SPECIALITES:
I specialize in pediatric and adult care. In pediatrics I am well versed in gastrointestinal disorders, picky eating, cancer nutrition, and diabetes management (type 1 and type 2). In the adult population, I am specialized in nutrition counselling, motivational interviewing, change management, diabetes management (type 1 and type 2), intuitive eating skills, weight loss, weight management, and helping others create a healthier relationship with food.

INTERESTS/HOBBIES:
My most favorite thing to do is to spend time with my better half, Patrick, and our sweet yellow lab, Mae. We especially love going for long hikes and road trips! In my free time, I love to work out, go for walks, read, go shopping, hang out with friends & family, travel, organize events, or simply just relax at home.
