The Milwaukee Brewers are pleased to continue their partnership with the Wisconsin Athletic Club (WAC). This partnership
is important to the Brewers providing a healthy workplace to their employees and to living our mission:

“To support and encourage Brewers employees to improve the health, well-being and quality of life of
themselves and their families by empowering them to maintain a lifelong commitment to wellness.”

FAQS

You can sign-up at any Wisconsin Athletic Club location. (Please bring a copy of both your Brewers
ID badge and your driver’s license to the event in order to complete the membership transaction.)

The Milwaukee Brewers will be offering payroll deductions for employee-only memberships.
If you should choose to add your family to your WAC membership payment arrangements will be made directly with the WAC.

Membership rates are as follows:

  • Junior (28 years & younger): $ 56 per month
  • Corporate (29 years – 59 years): $ 71 per month
  • Senior (60 years & older): $ 56 per month
  • Spouse add-on: $ 37 per month
  • Child add-on: $ 21 per month per child (Maximum $ 42 per month)

Yes. There is a nominal enrollment fee called a “wellness get started fee”. This onetime fee acts like “prorated dues” for the month in which you join; it covers the cost of membership for that month. This is an
out-of-pocket expense for employees, but does cover both the employee and spouse. Payroll deduction for ongoing individual membership dues begins the following month. The Enrollment Fee is based on join date:

  • 1st – 10th: $ 45
  • 11th – 20th: $ 35
  • 21st – End of Month: $ 25

If employees use the WAC eight days or more in a calendar month, the Brewers will cover 100% of the membership cost. Note that multiple workouts on the same day only count as one day. If less than 8 visits
are achieved, The Brewers will payroll deduct 100% of the membership the following month. If 8 or more visits are achieved, The Brewers will cover 100% of the membership cost the following month.

For example: If you enroll in December, you will pay your “wellness get started fee” that month (see above). Your incentive benefit will begin counting the following full month. If you reach 8 visits in January, The Brewers will cover your membership cost for February; If you do not reach 8 visits, The Brewers will deduct 100% of the membership cost from your February paycheck. You will be responsible for the full membership dues in January, paid via direct deposit through The Brewers.

Note: The IRS rules state that membership fees paid by employers for use of facilities not located on-site and not used solely by
employees are considered taxable benefits.

Yes, you can visit www.thewac.com/myclub and register for a MyClub account that allows you to track club check-ins, financial transactions as well as view upcoming appointments.

There are 8 locations across the city – West Allis, Greenfield, Wauwatosa, Downtown Milwaukee, North Shore, Menomonee Falls, Brookfield and Lake Country.

You can continue your membership by visiting Member Services at any Wisconsin Athletic Club location. You will need to provide a bank account or credit card for your membership to be billed to as well as sign a new membership agreement.
