Prior to COVID I was an avid distance runner, placing 1st and 2nd in my division for many of my races including the UWM Panther Prowl. Before I fell in love with the gym and running I was a company dancer, focusing mainly on modern and classical ballet training.
This coming year I am partnering with UWM's counseling center and athletics to provide seminars to athletes on topics including healthy vs. disordered eating, identity outside of sports, performance anxiety, injury recovery, and time management as a student athlete.
My dream job would be working as a sports psychologist, focusing on improving performance and every day psychological health for athletes.

My passion is group fitness and integrating physical and psychological care. My focus is on how physical fitness fuels one's mental health and can be utilized in an integrative way to treat things such as anxiety, depression, and trauma responses.
I love my two dogs, Neema and Hazel. They're the greatest running partners! When I am not at the gym I am usually studying or spending time biking, hiking, or walking the dogs with my husband.
My main goal has always been to prove to others that they can accomplish more than they think they can, whether it be a mental or physical battle, together we've got this!
