Career/Athletic Achievements
Started running in 1983, as a freshman at Cassville High School. Broke the School record in the 1600m run as a freshman and twice as a sophomore. Came close to breaking the 800m record, missed it by 2 seconds.
Ran track for 4 seasons at UW-EC and Cross Country for one. ( I didn’t like the hill in High School, thought they would be worse in college.) One of my regrets from college is not joining the cross country team sooner.
Have been a member of the American Massage Therapy Association since 1993 (student) until present. Currently the Wisconsin Chapter Secretary.

–Nationally Certified Massage Therapist, since 1994.
