Specialties
Experience in training individuals with chronic diseases like cancer, cardiac, and metabolic disorders. Internships in cardiac rehab at ProHealth in Waukesha, Wisconsin, cancer rehab at Rehab Hospital of the Pacific in Honolulu, Hawai’i, and assisting Wisconsin Lutheran High School’s Strength and conditioning coach.
Interest/Hobbies
I enjoy running or biking outside. I also enjoy cooking meals and learning about foods from different cultures. Lastly, playing video games and watching TV shows/movies.
Philosophy
Exercise is medicine. Whether it’s for combating a disease or overcoming an injury. Exercise helps with physical growth, mental focus, and cardiovascular function. Always strive to get 1% better every day. If you have a positive attitude and constantly strive to give your best effort, eventually you will overcome your immediate problems and find you are ready for greater challenges.
