Philosophy
I started my fitness journey after finding myself gaining weight going from an active cleaning job to a sedentary office job. I struggled after not adjusting other aspects of my lifestyle. It really snuck up on me and one day, my clothes just didn’t fit. I tried going to the gym but wasn’t sure what I was doing. It was when I finally asked for help, that I started to see progress.
My philosophy is that it’s okay to ask for help and it’s okay to be a beginner. Your mindset needs to focus on putting in the work and you’ll see the results. Don’t forget to get out of your comfort zone because growth doesn’t happen there. It’s not always about the potential you see in yourself but the potential others see in you.
