Philosophy

Fitness is the foundation of overall wellness and quality of life. Beyond physical benefits, exercise can positively impact mental health, confidence, and overall well-being. Whether the goal is improving general fitness, health, or athletic performance, I believe training should be individualized, evidence-based, sustainable, and enjoyable. My background as a collegiate athlete and in exercise physiology has shaped my approach to helping others build strength, confidence, and healthy habits that extend beyond the gym.
