Interest/Hobbies
I am a career Exercise Professional and Educator with a passion for helping others get active, feel great, and find ways to empower themselves. Athletics at the Collegiate, Recreation, and Adventurist levels have helped me to fall in love with this career over and over again. Connecting with members, teaching and working alongside other Exercise Pros, and getting to help people make physical and mental improvement enjoyable are the joys the past decade plus is founded in. I especially enjoy working with those challenged by physical limitations to find ways to overcome fear and pain and return to activities they love.
Philosophy
“It’s not about what you can’t do, but about what you CAN.”
