Philosophy
The saying that I always use when it comes to the gym is “It’s dedication over motivation” meaning that some days you will not feel motivated to go to the gym, but if you’re dedicated to your goals then you’re still going to go in and get a good workout.
The gym has always been an important part of my life and through my fitness journey I’ve learned how important it is to have a good community at your gym. Having a gym with people that care about you and your progress makes it feel much easier to workout every week.
