Interest/Hobbies

I love going on a good hike or exploring any outdoor area. When the weather isn’t great, I’m also an avid reader. I love a good board game of any kind, any time, and I’m a Lego nerd. When I’m not exercising or moving my body, I enjoy spending time with friends and loved ones.

Philosophy

One of my first college classes was called “Movement Is Medicine,” and I’ve become a true believer in that idea. Whether you’re brand new to fitness or have been training for years, any movement is better than none, and its benefits go far beyond physical appearance. Training is for everyone, at every level, and there’s always something new to learn. The little wins along the way deserve to be celebrated just as much as the big milestones, and the challenges are where the most personal growth happens.
