Interest/Hobbies
Family is everything to me. I cherish time with those I love, sunrises and sunsets, deep connections with both lifelong and new friends, and watching my three boys (2 high schoolers and 1 being a college graduate) pursue their passions. I find great joy in helping others uncover what brings them fulfillment. I live by this mantra:
“Have eyes to see the best, a heart that forgives the worst, a mind that forgets the bad, and faith that never gives up.”
Philosophy
True wellness starts with a relationship—with yourself and your health. When we nurture that relationship, we feel younger, live longer, and experience life more fully. With over 30 years of experience as a teacher, wellness advocate, group fitness instructor, and now personal trainer, I’m passionate about helping others establish healthy habits, let go of what no longer serves them, and discover the power of consistent growth.
I believe in the strength of community, in accountability, and in the beauty of becoming better each day. Challenges may not always be comfortable, but they shape us into who we are meant to be.
