Interest/Hobbies
When I’m not at the WAC, I enjoy spending my time with my husband doing things like biking, walking to a beer garden, or going to a Brewer game. When I am home, I love keeping up with my backyard garden, binging a good tv show and snuggling with my three cats.
Philosophy
My journey with health and fitness might sound similar to many of you. My husband and I came to the WAC as members, at a time that felt like I was at “rock bottom” with my health. I was 50+ pounds overweight, a host of health concerns and found myself out of breath from hauling my groceries in the house. With the help of a personal trainer I was able to believe in myself again and finally saw real change in my progress and goal outcomes. Having worked with a trainer myself, it has showed me that BIG life changes can be made with the support, accountability, and experience from a trained professional. My hope is to provide you with a fit experience that makes you believe in yourself and help you accomplish your fitness goals!
