Interest/Hobbies
I love spending time with family and friends. We enjoy traveling, hiking, running and skiing. I enjoy reading and learning about health and fitness. I also enjoy volunteering, cooking and baking.
Philosophy
In every stage of life, I’ve found it very important to find balance with fitness and self care in order to be fully available to serve others. Health and fitness has always been a journey not a race. Finding joy in moving your body is essential to not only your longevity and health but your happiness! As a mom and teacher I focus on being strong mentally and physically so I can handle the constant changes and expectations of life.
