I’m also a huge pet lover – I have a golden doodle that I proposed to my wife with.
Philosophy
The world doesn’t have a weight loss problem, it has a muscle building problem. Learn to train your body effectively, nourish it properly, and recover like a champion. Then your body will work for you. Your metabolism will burn the excess fat while you sit back and reap the rewards.
I always encourage people to get out of their comfort zone not only in fitness, but in all aspects of life.
“Do hard things, get great results”
