Philosophy

My philosophy is made up of four key components: strength, mobility, functional training, and fun. Strength training is not just about muscle mass. It means strength training for everyday activities. The second component is mobility. This includes having a greater range of motion in your joints and the ability to move or be moved freely and easily. Third is functional training, getting out into space and training your body to be prepared for everyday activities. Lastly making our time and the environment around exercise more fun.
