I enjoy a good mixture of getting outside to enjoy nice weather with hiking, walking, or running and staying in and sitting around reading, or playing video games. I also spend quite a bit of time in the gym every week and have been doing so on and off for close to a decade.

The Brookfield Move Studio, Lotus Studio, and Basketball Court will be closed for annual floor resurfacing Thursday, September 3 – Monday, September 7. The Greenfield Move Studio will be closed Thursday, September 3 starting at 6:30am – Saturday, September 5 for annual floor resurfacing. There will be no Group Fitness in the studio during this time.
