I specialize in a balance of relaxing and therapeutic massage. I have extra training in sports Massage and also in CranioSacral Therapy. I’ve helped clients alleviate sudden injuries and chronic problems.
Interest/Hobbies
I like spending time in nature either hiking with my wife or running my 2 dogs. I like to enjoy music in my downtime and play with my 5 cats.
Philosophy
I care about my personal mental and physical health and try to help others see the importance. I like taking things slow and steady to keep things consistent. The world doesn’t let us slow down, it’s up to us to do it.
