Health and fitness is a passion of mine. I believe that motivation and support are key components to starting and continuing any exercise program. I also believe that any individual can pursue their physical fitness goals if they put their mind to it.
My goal as a personal trainer is to identify each client’s needs and provide them with the information and support necessary to achieve their goals and maintain a healthier lifestyle. I view myself not only as a trainer but as an educator, a motivator, a coach and a friend. I so much enjoy my client’s smile when they have accomplished any level of their fitness goals - this is what drives me to do my very best each and every day.
