    Open Gym offers a welcoming space for WAC Members of all ages to enjoy recreational time in the gym. To ensure a safe and enjoyable environment, children under 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times. Members can spend this time shooting hoops, practicing skills, or playing casual games, enjoying the flexibility to be active at their own pace. Please note that Open Gym is an exclusive member benefit and is not available to guests.

    Get head-to-toe results with functional strength training and full body conditioning. This class will challenge every level of fitness by using a variety of equipment such as free weights, stability balls, resistance bands and body bars to create more mobility and strength for daily activities, as well as sculpt your entire body. With lower intensity, fewer reps and more breaks between exercises, our LITE Classes are perfect for mature adults, members new to exercise or those recovering from an injury.

During this time, there are no structured activities, so participants can swim, float, or simply enjoy being in the water. This is a versatile time where people can engage in different water activities at their own discretion. Supervised children are welcome. Note that Private Swim Lessons may occur during Open Swim times.
