However, in the event of inclement weather, outdoor pool classes will be moved indoors, which may affect availability. Participants can still enjoy swimming, relaxing, or exercising at their own pace when conditions allow. Note that Private Swim Lessons may occur during Adult Swim times.

Add some intention to your Yoga practice. Glide Fit Yoga will engage your attention, mind, body and soul in order to move seamlessly from one posture to the next while maintaining balance. We will start by centering and familiarizing you with the Fit Float, using alignment techniques to set you up for success. You'll flow gradually into more challenging postures with the option to modify if necessary. Just like the ebb and flow of water, the practice will build gradually and then return to Savasana.

Family Open Gym is exclusively for WAC Members and is not available to guests, making it a special time for families to connect and stay active together.
