During this time, there are no structured activities, so participants can swim, float, or simply enjoy being in the water. This is a versatile time where people can engage in different water activities at their own discretion. Supervised children are welcome. Note that Private Swim Lessons may occur during Open Swim times.

With lower intensity, fewer reps and more breaks between exercises, our LITE Classes are perfect for mature adults, members new to exercise or those recovering from an injury.
