    Combat Parkinson’s Disease

    Combat for Parkinson’s is a movement-based class that uses boxing techniques to support balance, coordination, and overall mobility. Designed for people living with Parkinson’s Disease, this class offers a safe and supportive space to build strength, stay active, and improve everyday function. All levels are welcome.     Adult Open Basketball

    Adult Open Basketball offers WAC Members ages 16 and older an opportunity to play basketball in a friendly, adult-focused environment. Whether you’re looking to join a pickup game, practice your skills, or just enjoy some court time, this session provides a welcoming space to play with fellow members. It’s a great way to stay active, meet others, and enjoy the game you love. Please note that Adult Open Basketball is exclusively for WAC Members and is not available to guests.

    Open Swim sessions allow individuals of all ages to use the pool for any recreational purpose they choose. During this time, there are no structured activities, so participants can swim, float, or simply enjoy being in the water. This is a versatile time where people can engage in different water activities at their own discretion. Supervised children are welcome. Note that Private Swim Lessons may occur during Open Swim times.

Whether you're a weekend warrior, seasoned competitor, or looking to elevate your personal fitness journey, this program has something for everyone. Over the course of seven weeks, you'll train to enhance your strength, explosiveness, and stamina. For those who enjoy a bit of competition, you might find yourself ready to take on one of the fastest-growing fitness challenges in the world by the end of the program. *This program culminates in an optional competition in the Chicago Hyrox challenge (additional fee required).

The North Shore Pool Area (Indoor Exercise Pool, Indoor Lap Pool & Whirlpool) will be closed Sunday, August 23 – Saturday, September 5 for annual pool maintenance. There will be no Group Fitness classes and no Open/Adult/Family Swim during this time. Pools will reopen Sunday, September 6. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation during this time.

The Lake Country Women’s Poolside Locker Room will be closed for maintenance on Tuesday, May 26 from 2-4pm. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to improve our facilities.

The Brookfield whirlpool will be closed for maintenance on Friday, May 22 from 11am to 4pm. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to improve our facilities.

The Greenfield Pool Area (Indoor Lap Pool & Whirlpool) will be closed Sunday, June 28 – Saturday, July 4 for annual pool maintenance. There will be no Group Fitness classes, no Swim Lessons and no Open/Adult/Family Swim during this time. The Pool & Whirlpool will reopen Sunday, July 5. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation during this time.

The West Allis Pool Area (Indoor Exercise Pool & Whirlpool) will be closed Sunday, June 21 – Saturday, June 27 for annual pool maintenance. There will be no Group Fitness classes, no Swim Lessons and no Open/Adult/Family Swim during this time. The Pool & Whirlpool will reopen Sunday, June 28. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation during this time.

The Wauwatosa Pool Area (Indoor Exercise Pool, Indoor Lap Pool & Whirlpool) will be closed Sunday, August 23 – Saturday, August 29 for annual pool maintenance. There will be no Group Fitness classes and no Open/Adult/Family Swim during this time. Pools will reopen Sunday, August 30. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation during this time.

The Wauwatosa Small Gym & Large Gym will be closed for annual floor resurfacing August 24 through August 30. There will be no Group Fitness in these locations during this time. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation during this time.

The North Shore Lotus Studio & Gym will be closed for annual floor resurfacing from Friday, May 22 – Monday, May 25. The studio and gym will reopen on Tuesday, May 26. There will be no Group Fitness classes during this closure. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation during this time.
