    Open Swim sessions allow individuals of all ages to use the pool for any recreational purpose they choose. During this time, there are no structured activities, so participants can swim, float, or simply enjoy being in the water. This is a versatile time where people can engage in different water activities at their own discretion. Supervised children are welcome. Note that Private Swim Lessons may occur during Open Swim times.

    Combination class for students working on Preschool and Preschool+ swim skills. Preschool - A step up from Parent/Tot. Children will learn water exploration. Children may be accompanied by parents in class until they are comfortable to participate alone. Preschool+ - Parents are not required to accompany children. Children will learn independent movements and prepare for Level 1.

    Get head-to-toe results with functional strength training and full body conditioning. This class will challenge every level of fitness by using a variety of equipment such as free weights, stability balls, resistance bands and body bars to create more mobility and strength for daily activities, as well as sculpt your entire body.

    Swim Club is for proficient swimmers looking to improve their endurance and stroke development. In this non-competitive environment, children will focus on perfecting techniques in freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke and butterfly through a variety of drills. Class may take place in the lap pool. Ages 8-15.
